transitstation Host City Partner: Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - Mikkel Bogh, Rector

A 24-hour non-stop action weekend will take place at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Festsalen. 70 Artists of different nationalities and with various cultural backgrounds will visit Copenhagen and meet their 22 Danish Artist Colleagues to present their work and to engage in the programme of non-stop art in action in art.

Saturday April 17 and
Sunday April 18
each 12 pm until midnight

The Performance Art Workshop T.a.T. takes place with a minimum of 6 and maximum of 15 people.

Cost: € 270 per person includes nourishment; meals and fasting;
sleeping 4 nights and tuition 5 days at Jerxheim Bahnhof

Andreas Ludwig was born 1964 in Helmstedt.
He studied Fine Art at the FH Hannover in the class of Prof. Ulrich Baehr and he studied his master degree with Prof. Verena Vernunft.

Andreas Ludwig died on March 16th, 2008 at the age of 43.

The retrospective exhibition at kunstwirkstoff is dedicated to the entire body of his work. In his honor, his family and kunstwirkstoff will curate a journey through Ludwig's creative life and present this sensitive insight to the public.

This Workshop will include the opportunity to show own work in the programme of the  6^th Open Day (on August 15, 2010)
